The company policies are good and there is no work load.

There is no scope for career development. The payment does not reach the level of work you do. Though the role is that of a content writer, there is no scope of writing anything creative.

They put some employees on Furlough but thankfully I was not in that list. They also deducted salary of employees whose salary is more than 30,000.

Dislikes

The Team Leaders are inefficient and lack empathy. Favouritism and licking culture due to some old employees. Rest every things is fine. If you manage to butter people, you will survive happily here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
