Compact is good but company will never give you incentives, only will get a satisfaction through Manager. This is edtech company all employees work here january to September last till date on last October manager and HR take action against employee and fire to all 60%, employee. Again he started to hiring from January month... let's think in this company,you want to work here or not.

work life balance, leaves on holiday if there is peak season then comp off, main thing is salary nia credited always in 1st day of month, best opportunity to working with Best growing Ed tech company. Promotion, increment is also getting by performance. 2 days Saturday Sunday off in off season.. everyone is very friendly even Island owner too much friendly and really down to earth person.

One of my friend is there !! Actually he is doing his job from several years!! He is asking paid leaves and unpaid leaves but all the times his manager named - Mrs. Sharma always denied for leaves !! Examinor was not appropiate. I fail to understand why so and there was no specific time for shift hours people has to work for hours and hours with no fixed week off and only one week offs and no cab facilities.

Some managers like Deepak srivastav don't know how to talk with employees. They didn't have any idea what their company is doing. HRs are the biggest liar lied upon timings , lied upon salary, hrbp divyansh is another worst person out there. Also they don't have good and planned training structure. The company is running only because very less competitors are there in the market

Nothing to like about this company. No work life balance, no job security. Manager and TLs will make your life hell if you don't achieve Targets even for a day even when you are doing good for whole year.

There is no work-life balance. You have be available always, cannot plan anything for the family. Salary is too less. No increment in last 2years. No job security is there. Even the oldest persons and senior management is being sacked any day instantly. No incentives are given as promised from last one year. Company culture is going down everyday.

There is no professionalism , no work culture No promotions, no hierarchy even they will start deducting your salary as a mandatory holiday….. abhi to ruko, abhi aur baaki hai. Chahe kitna bhi acha conversion ho season off hote hi apko nikala jaa sakta hai and reason puchne par khud HR head bolte hai ki company ke pass funds hi nahi h apko afford nahi kar sakte, agar team me theek se rehna h to managers ki ya leaders k kaam krte rho unko ghr se lana lejana chai paani sb unhe proper seat par dete raho aur uske bad bhi koi bharosa nahi wahi manager apko kbhi b beech floor par kuch b ant shant bol sakta hai. Company don't have fund. Last 2 years there is no appraisal even they have not paid incentives to there employee. In the admission season have to work 11-12 hr with no weekoff. Only 1 or 2 weekoff allowed in month. Politics are on high level. If u know how become favourite of ur senior only u can serwive here. HR, leave without pay policy, they dont have Over time pay policy but deduct money even if you login 1 min less in sales process. Hold incentives for upto 3 years. Hire and fire policy. No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai

It's a good start up initiative of providing services to college as a third party.

Dislikes

People like Pranay Satpute, Dr. Nidhi Mathur, Khushboo, etc. are creating bad working environment. A lot could be done with this kind of business cycle but these people are like termites to the company. Hiring people like college picked or with with 1-2 year of experience then asking them to teach in Universities as experts, leading to destroy the future. Only paper work all the time.
