Growth is slow, no appreciation for the hardwork you do for the students and the organisation,No compensation benefits,no importance of your suggestions..No performance appraisal,no evaluation, no proper increments

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
