No growth opportunity, feels like only with good college will be able to grab and learn new skills and roles . Its tough to move up on ladder and average payer. Company is a trend follower and not setter , outdated on technology and no new innovations or acquisition for expansion. Not a risk taker.

Great Company to work for longer period. Work culture is good and Colgate is truly 'Caring' company providing us valuable facilities i.e. Medical assistance, insurances, Subsidized food and transport, Shift and travel allowances as applicable and many more.

Pay-scale and promotional cycle is really low in some of the teams.
