I can just say. You name the benefits and employee have it. One of the best experience you can get it while working in the organisation as well when employees retired the medical benefits are still active for them.

Except for it's Global name and products, there is nothing that motivates me to hang around in Colgate. It is a Manager driven company wherein they completely control your growth (both financially and career). If you end up having a lame manager you will suffocate and resign immediately. Unfortunately I am a victim of the same.

There is no consideration to your opinion and preferences. The management has pre-determined their course of actions, they just pretend to aid and listen. Infact the current management itself has a no governance process around managers and their work performances. Moreover, the process for bonus and appraisal are just classic example of mockery to demonstrate that individual performance has been considered and eventually they pay the nominal amounts in industry....Read More
