It's a very tough question. Beyond timely salary, there was nothing else that actually worked.

The CEO is not a good person. He lacks stategic thinking. When he himself doesn't have a clear north star to follow, how will he guide people? His inability to set the right vision and a strategy to achieve it reflects in how he takes decision and manages people. He has zero empathy. Doesn't trust anyone. Micromanages and makes everyone's life miserable. How to make most passionate and dedicated people depressed is something he has mastered. The whole HR team including the head of HR left because of his bad behaviour. And now there's complete anarchy in the company. All the Glassdoor reviews and high ratings are rigged and fake. Pathetic management, useless people, SOP gets changed ever now and then, no support from leads (except for a few), targeting of people and keeping eye on them. Assistant manager is like 10th fail and by reference that manager has got this position, also if anybody asks any tricky question, then they will divert us to some other people. Complicating the simple process. Firing (LAYOFFS) to employees left and right in The name of PIP. Lead will connect with us for a discussion along with HR, they will set a random and silly rule and they say it as per company policy, (once u hear such policy, you will never believe your ears such policy has ever existed). No freedom to think creatively, once the SOP is said, it has to be followed, no matter if thats a long cut. Quality people, WFM people, team leaders (except for a few) and managers will will collab internally and keep eye on people. Favouritism (if a favourite employee does anything wrong and every body star's to hide that error or quality fatal, alternatively, if a non favourite employee does any small miss, gets highlighted very, very bady.
