Worst company i have ever come across. Salaries are delayed upto 12 days. The environment is that of a jail.once ur inside the premises, u cant leave the building and the security guards have been instructed that way.zero processes. Vendor payments are not cleared. Clients dont want to associate themselves with such an organisation. Horrible horrible work culture.

This is a fraud organisation. They recruit people as per their whims and then fires them without informing or even paying F&F. They deduct salary (ranging from 15% to 50%) from your fixed pay as well showing lower performance rating but they don't have any policy or KPI for performance rating. They don't pay to vendors either, many of the vendors have filed FIR against them. On top of it they have horrible product and services for which many prominent customers have blacklisted them. The list can go on and on. This is a classic case of mismanagement, toxic culture and fraud that are seen in some Indian startups. Cogoport is a classic example of what companies and leadership shouldn't do. Whatever you can think that potential employer shouldn't have, Cogoport has it, be it, no employee training/knowledge transfer, unethical business practices, employee harassment, fixed salary deduction, zero job security, high CTC on paper which you can never take home and the list goes on & on..
