- Terrible Work Culture - Strategy Meetings are full of gossips or slandering of an employee - COO thinks being a colleague of OLA founder makes him smart. He is living in his own dream land. - No respect for any employee; firing is so prevalent that every two month you will feel like sitting in a new company altogether. - Their tech is as similar to their fathers; no one knows what is built on platform and why. Forget about any documentation of platform; tech debt is too high. - At the end of the month; every team is sitting in the office till mid night to bring up the numbers on platform. Yes, calling themselves a "global platform", the invoice is created through manual entry in a form like platform design. - Salary reduction by 15-20% of the mentioned compensation. No appraisal, revised CTC letter comes with reduced salary. - No full and final settlements of the past employees; they have trimmed around 800 people in last one year. - CEO himself gives rating by seeing names of an employee; if the reporting manager asks for increment for his/her sub-ordinate; it is adjusted from the manager's compensation.
