No work-life balance No clear deliverables Management is clueless on how to utilize your potential and they want you to tell them how you want to contribute and when you speak of your interest, they will anyhow deny you from taking those responsibility. I don't know why they even ask the question.

Getting a wonderful professional work experience. I joined this place just after my academics, and today, I feel, I took the right decision for my career. I get to work on my craft. Also, I got an opportunity to advance my career through the online courses from the best universities which they offered. I have found it much effective.
