I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It is very bad company. They dont provide salary on time. They do cheating with the employees.my last monthe salary still not given by contrive and they planning same for every employee suffer from this. They play politics for the salary and they also dont provide salary slip. They dont transfer PF regularly. My two months PF still not transfer from contrive side. Overall very wrost experience. They use the people for their work and dont pay for same. Not only me other employees who worked with me face the same problem...Read More
