I appreciate the autonomy given to me to manage my team and projects. The work environment is collaborative and Supportive, which helps in maintaining a positive work culture. Plus, the HR department is always a great help and Swift to respond to any issues or queries.

There's nothing specifically that I can point out, but communication gaps can occur at times, which can impact the project's progress.

Huge Learning curve and discussion sessions. No petty discussions or dirty politics. If you have the will and drive to grow, you can reach great heights in this company. Best thing is they believe in performance and good performance = great incentives. Supportive HR team. They follow an open door policy and have helpful senior management.

Its a labour factory where cyber coolies work. When you work you feel you work in prison. For a small cup of tea you have to fight like a road side free food. Your local bust washrooms are better than this company, its a company where I saw plastic chairs for employees. You can not roam in this factory in campus area, its a crime. Iam sorry to write this but I have to be honest , crowd who working here is of very cheap quality. They don’t give your appointment letter. They give you just letter of intent on email that too not from company email Id. They give you hand written I card which is not accepted everywhere as identity. They promise something else salary and give something else that too late late and late. They keep your last salary so be prepare for that. Road side stall is much cleaner that their tuck shop. They don’t have space where you can keep your belongings. So join this company oh factory oh prison at your own risk.
