Cogent is a fast emerging 3PL company with good ethics and work culture. Office is located in JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon. Overall it offers a good combination of learning and growth, Best company for the freshers or who want to learn it.Culture is great.

Dislikes

Management is mean minded. Accounts department drives the company not sales/operation. But after all good company to work for.

Work Details

I felt it was great to work for it. Obviously pressure but not too much.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
