Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Company Didn't give the same rights to contractual employees as same to full time. Even They didn't provide the ID card to the all employees (What if the anyone asks "Where do you work and What is the proof?" Then employees don't have any proofs like ID Card, for proof they have to make contact with their contract supervisor and then he will provide the proof of work after two days.
