I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Even They didn't provide the ID card to the all employees (What if the anyone asks "Where do you work and What is the proof?" Then employees don't have any proofs like ID Card, for proof they have to make contact with their contract supervisor and then he will provide the proof of work after two days.
