Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Company Didn't give the same rights to contractual employees as same to full time. Even They didn't provide the ID card to the all employees (What if the anyone asks "Where do you work and What is the proof?" Then employees don't have any proofs like ID Card, for proof they have to make contact with their contract supervisor and then he will provide the proof of work after two days.
