Dislikes

The company is good overall, but the management of the operations audit department is not well-educated. They tend to favor people who have been with them since the beginning. The manager, (R P) lacks education and even struggles with drafting emails. They also mistreat team members, even during calls. There have been instances where they avoid interacting with senior management. If you are a favorite, then you don't need to worry, but if not, it's not a good situation. Anyone would like to gain NYKAA as a brand name in their CV then only join, otherwise there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

No HR available in office. Even no involvement of HR and no HR policies. Only 2 person is there who are handling the entire office and they are like padhe likhe gawaar. Abusing language use, even in front of diversity. Mentally harrasment of employees. There is nothing to learn and grow.

Blame games are common, everything messes up during any upcoming events as senior people get panic and bothers you for a very small issues. QC happens in the morning 6 am. Imagine waking up and working. And after all this, if you do any mistake. It gets highlighted and they just remember what mistake was you made and do not consider your situations.
