Nothing the work culture is toxic I have seen if you perform little low then your team they put you in PIP such a competitive place beauty advisor don't even coordination all are busy bitching about each other

Everything , Manager, Regional manager everyone is super demotivating they pressurise you for sales and doesn't allow you take leave .Also manager warns you for sales each and every days .Once you join Nykaa you can't move to elca group (Mac ,clinique) for three months. Nykaa is a worst place to work

There are curtain people they not like to any people grow I think because I work with nykaa last 3 years but the didn't give me and designation I do lots of work in store but no one saport men

As such a big Brand my expectations with Nykaa was really high i thought people who are working will be really talented and will be helpful. Manager in Pune store in aundh is really bad she is worst person i have ever meet. This people have affairs in store. Manager is very partial because of that she will always give holiday or leave to the person who was their for 5 years he has no knowledge of beauty but yes with the time he used to do sales but no efforts but still the manager used say nothing to him its like They can drink alcohol and come to store to work even after complaining no action were taken i had words with area manager as well and the hr but still no use.. its worst i left in 7 months is good but slowly slowly they have started hiring people with less salary and...Read More

Very bad management with no support and no inclusiveness Nykaa doesn't train their Beauty Adviser for how to treat humans (LGBTQ community they are also humans) they will laugh and all but very bad situation

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT NYKAA LUXE STORE. THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW TO EXPERIENCE AND LEARN.

ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE SECOND SHIFT TIMINGS. BECAUSE FOR GIRLS WHO STAY FAR AWAY BECOMES VERY DANGEROUS FOR THEM TO LEAVE THE STORE AFTER 10PM AND REACH HOME. THOUGH MY MANAGER WAS VERY COPERATIVE IN MY CASE. BUT THE TIMINGS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMPANY FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GIRLS.
