There are nothing you can like about this terrific company

Dislikes

Tremendous amount of politics inside the office. They will keep you humiliate so that you resign by your own. The toxicity inside the office is unbelievable. It's like someone is running a school. There is no work life balance at all. People come office at 9 am and leaves office at 9:30 to 10 pm. I recommend no one to work in this company.

I dont believe anything is about to be cherished in this company. They don't realise competition, don't have proper ethics and whatever culture was left being corrupted since the proper people left and never sustained Gives unrealistic targets which isn't even achieved through repeat orders.

Dislikes

The managers always play favourites and politics as per their satisfaction. 10 hrs working is minimum, the login & logout time is 9:30 a.m to 8:00 p.m. Last year an employee committed suicide as the manager gave over loaded work pressure followed by mental harrasment. The HR ask problems from employees, and if they open up then she can conveys those messages to the managers instead of solving and tension & pressure starts rising in the employee's life...Read More

Only the salary was good, but if we see other things, anyone can easily hate the money as well. Office politics, discrimination, bad behavior was there. I liked the way they treated me by abusing and putting mental pressure at every second of the day.

Dislikes

I cannot type that much what I disliked in total. I'll provide a list of things which were terrible: work life balance, leave policy, incentive policies, leadership, management, staff, colleagues and it goes on. The hardest part was to survive there being a non-bengali, they were not even ready to treat you like a human being. Triedto adjust but they never wanted me to work there. No central management, everyone is the CEO of the company. People do whatever they want, take decision based on their ego and no one is there to listen anything....Read More
