No likes except the hybrid work option that too you will get it after your probation period ( 6 months)

1. They will ask you to work every minute within the 9 hours except 1 hour break... 2. They have micro management like they will ask you to fill work time sheet manually for literally each and every task you do through out the even you need to mention your break timings accurately. If your break timings for the whole day exceeds youneed compensate the extra time the same day... 2. There was no cafeteria facility inside the office and there was only two small restaurants available outside the office. For that to you need to walk around 500 mtrs ... 3. Very very worst organisation don't ever join this company... Better be jobless but never ever join this company. 4. Worst management and very terrible work culture. 5. Everything discrimination in work, no respect for people working in India, they ask us to do work for all country and pay data entry job salary, opportunity will be given only to european and other than India people, no salary transperancy, HR India is the worst as they don't furnish anything in offer letter and deny giving us transperancy.

Too much internal politics among the higher management. Opportunities are given to only those whom their manager likes, and not to people who really works hard/who deserves it. They don't pay their employees well and ask us to do double the amount of work. The Managers and higher officials don't even have the right knowledge regarding the projects or how to handle the projects, and ask us to handle everything while they give their name for the project. There is racism and lot of discrimination on the floor. Even if HR is notified about the discriminations, they don't even care. No respect for their employees.
