Coding Ninja's culture is very toxic, especially the managers and upper management. Coding ninjas is known for their toxic culture. Salary doesn't come on time, like never, there's always a delay, and they always make excuses for it. The workload doesn't justify your compensation at all. And the manager treats you very poorly. Theyhave unrealistic expectations from their employees; trust me, not a single one of their competitors works the way they do. Just think about it, a 2nd year or 3year college student is writing blogs on every topic you can think of. Writing on a topic that they are hearing for the first time that too within 36 hours, now imagine the quality of the blog. Nobody reads the article of coding ninjas, and that too for a good reason. Overall vision of the company is good. But it depends under which department you are working for. I worked with Growth Dept and there was a lot of shift internally within teams , to change of complete team.

No job security They hire and fire. Read this again. The Head of Dept of Growth team is highly sexist. He doesnt guide you or help you out.
