working with CodeGenie will help you learn alot, their working environment is very good. People are helpful they will help you with almost every problem, even if they not from your department. They respect employees work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary part could be small issue, but when your are getting to learn so much thing that can also be manageable.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
