Salary/appraisal are worst and no incentive was credited on time, My career got disturbed with Codeforce though i gave my best in generating the revenue to company. if i talk about teammates and work culture with in the employees is great expect management. they will take all of sudden decisions which are not mentioned in the offer letter terms and have only one page of offer letter.
