The most unethical and unprofessional company I have worked with in my career so they have even deleted the Glassdoor and ambition box page of their subsidiary company blocktech brew which had an even more messed up work environment. In my span of 5months i have seen multiple people getting fired without warnings without a legitimate reason the job security is absolutely zero. They offer great packages to lure people in and then give illogical reasons and start deducting 50% salary and say that it will be credited only once kpi's are met and Kpi especially for the sales and marketing teams which no where possible to achieve They fool their prospects by showing copied code from the internet to close deals....Read More

No respect to time , you have to work 24/7. And yet you get abused by your manager. Very bad culture and if your manager do not likes you he will miss use his power to create your negative image and make you suffer and rot to hell. I will suggest yo always prefer mnc instead of such small companies as there is no job security plus they will linger and provide you documents 5-6 months later.

Dislikes

One of the worst places to work for. The company has no structure or strategic planning for growth. No job security. Decisions are made overnight and employees are fired or sent on unpaid leaves without any notice. The management is not approachable at all and a very political environment is maintained in the leadership and management. Won't recommend anyone to join.
