- We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in PPC Ads, budget management, B2B and B2C marketing, and customer retention and engagement.
- The ideal candidate will drive digital marketing strategies, optimize paid campaigns, and focus on both acquisition and retention to fuel business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to meet business objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
- B2B & B2C Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for both B2B and B2C, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Customer Retention & Engagement: Drive retention strategies using email, content marketing, and loyalty programs, aiming to enhance customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights, conducting A/B tests and adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing with at least 2 years focused on PPC ads and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
- Strong background in retention and engagement tactics.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.
