Main priority of the organization is quality work, if you did it correctly then nothing bad will happen with you. Directors are very friendly. Flexible working hour sometimes it will depends upon project requirement. Most interesting thing is ontime salary payment.

The best thing about this company is its co-founders who are also the director and part of the management. In fact the Management also includes HR Managers and Project Managers. Though most of the decisions are taken by the management, the voice of each and every employee is heard, direct or via. No shouting and screaming. Yes thereis work load, but in 7 years the company has established offices in US and UK. Work culture is "everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow". Its good work culture, very helpful. Company policies need to be changed little bit like there is no maternity leaves, There is no health insurance since we are in middle of Covid situation.
