The only good thing is, cocubes was acquired by the insurance giant Aon.

Dislikes

You will be working on 11 years old legacy code. There is no documentation for the code, managers,CTO harass juniors in the daily scrum. Literally no work life balance, no flexible timings. No enthusiasm in the team anymore.

So I was fired because I didn't have enough work. Took me a long time to get back on my feet after that. No particular working hours, culture is way below expectation, no work satisfaction. Work life balance is something I don't think they know about.

Dislikes

Compensation is not something they care about. You should be up and ready for work at anytime during the 24hrs. And giving you a day off will be taunted on you to let you know that they gave it to you and not that you deserved it. AON is a good place but Cocubes for sure is not.

Excellent set of humans to be working with. I wonder if I can ever find a bunch of better humans to work with. Sameer Nagpal is a person who values humans a lot. Under his leadership people feel 'happy' to exist. That's what makes him a great visionary and a leader. Great place to work.

Dislikes

Company can begin taking ownership of admin activities like booking flight, hotel rooms, travel cabs for those who frequently travel. Though everything gets reimbursed on time - my opinion is that; employees often feel there is a hole in the pocket while they will have their personal expenses to take care off.
