Bad management, no work ethics, they can fire you if you will not hold a lift for the mumbai manager. Worked them for 3 months and it was a nightmare, they think they pay you means they own you. Don't join this company.

Always fun, no work. Good place to hangout with friends and colleagues since no one is bothered about work.

Dislikes

There is no work ethics among the owners. Management treats employees like servants and make them sit in office for 54 hours officially and 70-80 hours unofficially. 2-days salary was deducted for any leaves taken on either Monday or Saturday. Employees never got salary on time. It was a nightmare to work with Coconut Media Box.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
