The exposure you will get working at CSL is the main thing. You get to know lots of people from different fields and culture. Various types of Engineering Works and its functions making the job very interesting.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor as PO have to be at the work site during the work even even his/her shifts are over. Also support form other department seems to vary, depends on the persons attitude.
