Abusive boss, no direction, no vision of brand, salary delay by 15th, boss treats employs as slave, Toxic Environment. Not safe for women. Boss ask to stay late night in office as he himself enter office at 1pm and think everybody should also sit in office till 8, 9 pm. Saturday is 19 to 2pm but every saturday intentionally he giveswork so that employ stay by 8pm in office. And if you go home. He will tell at you next day pathetically, make you feel humiliated or find some other stupid reason to shout, so that no one would be able to go next time at 2pm.
