As it is a Target bias work, so we can balance the work-life. No much time wastage for all chats and group related meets.

Dislikes

Management won't consider the employee problems and all, whereas they only need their target. They force the employee to work on Sundays, where the Over Time payment is like regular salary. For example: if an emp is having 12000 of salary, he get paid only 400 rupees per an OT. No Team work, no understanding between employee to employee. Not communally collided. No refreshments, no cultural things, not even a single domestic holiday (Indian Holidays). They won't pay any Night Shift Allowances and make employee to work in! I didn't took my joining letter until now, where iam working from 9months., lack of team work. Even i donno why they want to hold our appointment letter. They Enhance the work target, and they dont want to hike the employee salaries. Their is a only week holiday and no choice to pick more than one emergency holiday where they speaks like work back log. And probation period of the company is 6months and after probation period, they spare only a single Off! (paid leave) for a month. No mutual understanding between beginners and seniors. Worse in nature. If the work is limited for a day, they want us to work with some other files where they are unnecessary for tenures, Worst compliancy. Zero entertain activities., No Internet providence, no equipment service and very poor salaries. ***Most worst part of this company is, we work with a tool named some X, where it lags very heavy. And we have to finish the targets in perfect timing's. Many bugs in the application and they don't want to fix it for any instance. Not friendly user! Worst UI!...Read More
