ya well ...i am very much satisfied with my company... the reason is i have to do my work according to my job profile...i don't have to do anything outside my job profile....that is a good thing in my company.......

Dislikes

i don't have anything to dislike my company...But one thing is that's the company policies about the employee changes frequently.....which we don't like .....

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
