Italian + Noida Culture in Pune - deadly combination to work. Horrible culture, no work ethics, no systems, no set processes, long destructive debates in meetings, blaming on each other. Targeting people instead of systems. No rewards & recognition. Poor variable payouts, poor increments. No promotions or career growth plans.
