From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. It has an Indian babu culture.

In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee
