Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Good working environment, they are very supportive. There is cafeteria and gaming room where you can relax after huge work. Policies are good and they give good salary.

In CMR engineering college the courses are taught in practical manner which makes the theory easy to understand. World class infrastructure dynamic faculty and fully equipped laboratories

Likes

A horrible place to work. No increment, even for years, no growth, for just stationaries you will face 10p questions,. People like HOD of Basic Science, some of the other staff are too much political and likes onlu boot lickers, Other management people will never appreciate if you wish to do good things.

Dislikes

Evrything here is just horrible, no HR policy, no increment, no help from management.
