Overall CMA CGM is a good company with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. They don’t care about their employees. Tender team upper management and over all management is not employee oriented. If you have no live task then your value is zero as per management. Even if you are partially sick and can do WFH they will ask you to take leave. The company don’t have budget to buy basic necessities such as laptopto onboarded employee.
