Your Professional life depends on to whom you are reporting Superior, in some Processes work culture quite good but in some very terrible. Job security is the best part and learning and development opportunities quite good.

Dislikes

Shift Timing are worst part here, Superior try to Micromanage you instead to support at least sometimes, all they want you will have to walk as per there opinions, some times you feel like doing slavery, not that recognition and respect is given, if you came with issue they will encourt it as per there thought process and they make to prove as its employees fault. Appraisal are not that much good,if you came here make sure 2 years is enough....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
