Shift Timing are worst part here, Superior try to Micromanage you instead to support at least sometimes, all they want you will have to walk as per there opinions, some times you feel like doing slavery, not that recognition and respect is given, if you came with issue they will encourt it as per there thought process and they make to prove as its employees fault.
