Appraisal can be revised much better. Can give work from home or hybrid model for expecting mothers and new born to toddler mothers as It is difficult to maintain balance in this crucial period for them.

Company policies are more related to management and not for employees. There is no satisfaction while working day to day. Managers and team leads are not working for the team.there is no team effort and team coordination. If he/she does accept higher level decisions they can only survive and growth in the organization.

CMA is my first company and I feel really proved to be a part of the organization. People are friendly and supportive, lot of things to learn, love the culture, always updating latest technology. Good percentage of salary hike every month. Even more future projects are in progress.

Dislikes

As per my opinion, designations should be increased, work must be assigned as per destinations... Other then that everything is perfect.

I was a part of Bank Accounting, almost 5 years in CMA CGM. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within team.
