The work culture is good. Regarding job security, there is no threat to our job. The manage is not easily approachable to employees. Company policies are not that bad.

Dislikes

Teammates are very helpful and co-operative in nature. we hardly provide training facilities. Career growth opportunities are very less. Salary appraisal system is really poor. No satisfactory increment in salary. No outside travel trip arrange by company. Yes there is politics in our team.

Work Details

I am handling export documentation work. Documentation task involve Bill of lading, Bill amendment, Bill correction, Bill release, Invoice, Container handling, equipment management.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
