Pura ka pura company hi bakwas hain. Samay barbad mat Karo apni. Go and try in another company. Bahat hi gandha sanskriti Hain sab ka. Agar aap is company me join karna chate ho to gali khane keliye taiyar ho ke ana.

The best part of Cludo is they give you ample scope to learn , come up with innovative ideas and also back you with those ideas even if you fail. What i always enjoyed working here is the work environment . Fantastic colleagues and super supportive seniors.

There is no company in this industry which is 100% perfect. It is upto the individual how he looks up on the company .So, personally i have learnt soo much from this company that i can overlook some of its flaws and learn from every opportunities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Everything about this company is negative. The shift is 9:30-6:00 but the owner will ask to stay for another 1 hr unnecessarily. They treat the employees like labours. There are some old employees who simply licks the owners boots always. One incident I want to share, the owner told my manager bring your cheeks here my shoes are wanting to touch it. My manager being a dumbf*ck laughed it away. The company culture, scope for growth , learning is nil. Don't try to join this company. As they will most probably fire you after 3-4 months.
