They may end up putting a legal case against you in some or the other way. UNETHICAL MEDICAL PRACTICES: the employees are forced to meet he financial targets at the stake of their salaries, which leads to unethical practices which eventually harms the doctors as well as the patients. Medical practices can never be financial Target based. I think the government should look into this. NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES: an employee is being overworked here, with no norms of employee development and support. They just smartly use you in and out for their own benefits. They don't terminate you, instead they create an environment where an employee himself or herself resigns. Once you leave, be prepared for further consequences, as joining this company is very very easy but leaving is lot more tough. ZERO CAREER GROWTH: there is no financial as well clinical and social growth in this company. Here you just need to work monotonously day and night with NO growth involved in the same. Infact their are no yearly salary appraisals or any kind of financial increments throughout the course of your job, nonetheless of how many years you have spent here. FEELING OF GETTING TRAPPED: As I said earlier, joining this company is very easy as thier is no proper technical recruitment process here. They just onboard the doctors and then start using them like goats. And Ofcourse, Leaving the organisation is quite difficult as they may sue you for something you never did.
