I have been working for this organisation for 1.5yr and Its very great Hospital in terms of management and in terms of work culture and I am satisfied with the work process of my hospital people are supportive and understanding which is very rare to find these days. Over all I am happy with this organisation.

Dislikes

There are some hectic paperwork are present in Cloud 9 and it makes work process hectic and time consuming, if we cut out those things we could process more faster and make more patient in specific amount of time and that what is dislike in C9

Salary. We all staff are working same place. But I am getting less salary. But any thing is there that time . My ns and all telling you the senior, but salary incriminate time the are not giving me more salary. Why , so I am not happy to work with in that much salary

I am ward staff ,we have 1st and 2nd both floor for ipd patient . 1st and 2nd both floor not provide staff wash room Not female security staff provide at night duty on floor

cloudnine Hospital is a very good place to work, experience as well as freshers. Here good growing environment is provided. Timely traning module keep the staff to update about the medical fields or the policies. Here others things like free food, accomodation is also provided.

Dislikes

Joining first become u senior if I have less experience. Joining is the basis of seniority is disappoint.
