Just the staff working with us..

Management needs to be changed.Specially the business head because she is very rude and doesn't know how to talk.Etiquettes needs to be implemented.Try to analyse why so huge number of staff is giving stat resign.This will help you to gain staff for long period of time.No incentive received.Working overtime but then also the management is unsatisfied.
