There is a no mistake of me and they don’t have any proof how they decide to employee ment stop to they saying to give resignation I really feel bad to living the company there is a not good management how they with out any mistake proper reason to employee ment cancel I want rejoin if any option is there

I like buisness head , he is very supportive to all staff .and consultants also very nice and co operative ,and hospital inveronmemt

The reason behind my resignation is , OT incharge ( Rayeesunnisa) because she doesn't know anything about ot and I have asked her many times to know ot things and all. 2 another reason behind my resignation is NS ( Thambi) . She always target our all ot staff , because she also doesn't know anything , I wonder how cloud nine management has taken such an idiots without knowing anything about work. I have asked her many times to change that attitude. But she targetted me and told to Nursing Manager ( Ektha) She also only used to listen to her , because they have their relationship with thambi . Actually we have given mass resignation because of (Rayeesunnisa, thami , ektha.) due to they will not listen us and they are not ready to know the truth . Mass resignation given by ( OT STAFF 5 members) Rohini,mamatha, santhosh ,Naresh and me in those 2 technicians are there . Remainig all ot staff and LDR staff also Because of those three . They wantedly came to me and ordered for my resignation .so I have resigned there. Reminig all upscondes. If you people want , ask consultants about them. Even consultants also supported us , and they try to solve the issue which I have mentioned above about their cruaelity . But they won because of they are the nursing heads .
