1. Nobody will appreciate your hard work. Your work credit will be stolen by your seniors. 2. QA team does not have any knowledge about modern tech and always asks for something stupid changes for every new feature. 3. The hikes are declared in the month of January, but the actual payment difference is given in salary in the monthof March. 4. For Junior developers, they do not pay as per industry standards they only care about senior resources. 5. They don't care for fresher as they can hire new ones easily, they only taking advantage of unemployment here. 6. Product is almost complete so most of the time you will end up doing copy-paste work.
