1. They give chance to freshers to learn but at the same time exploits them a lot. 2. Salary hike is good here 3. You get the chance to work with foreign clients directly which is really good

1. Job security is zero 2. Too much of Micro management especially in this company's CEO is directly involved in the micro management which is really a low level thing for any organisation. 3. Professionalism is not there, even in official meetings CEO speaks like a roadside goon. 4. Lots of office politics is there 5. The job roles and responsibilities can be changed whenever the senior management wants, you don't have any growth in your own domain 6.
