The work culture here feels like that from a silicon valley start-up. Flexibility to apply yourself in execution feels rather empowering and results in utmost satisfaction. All Pros of working in a small team applies here, along with quality execution of an MNC. I feel proud to be associated with a company which has such prestigious clients and high quality portfolio in quantity.

Dislikes

Having no dedicated departments and working in a group fashion does add in to motivation but affects with uncertainty in scheduling on almost everyday basis. It doesn't feel like a secured job.

Work Details

Being in a start-up, an employee ends up doing tasks beyond their scope of work, which is surely compensated with remunerations but it impacts deeply on work life balance.
