I found Clixlogix as I had to leave my last job because I did not want to get trapped in a role where there is no respect, recognition and growth. I was worried as I felt it was impulsive decision on my part to quit due to a disagreement I had with their HR policies. I can say I have been lucky. The very first thing I liked was thatits like a clan working together here on common objectives. I had trouble setting in initially due to their process being a little strict but eventually I started smooth sailing. Seniors were helpful and managers were reasonable in their needs and asks. Dislikes

- Like I said processes can be tiring. They need to be simplified and made a little flexible. Committing code daily, updating trackers and progress on ticket assigned gets to much at times for me. - They should invest in better HR team as although my induction was really good I sometimes I had problems in spotting correct people to discuss various issues but I guess these were just initial issues. Once I got to know my colleagues better it got better but still I think there should be more people in that team to help new comers. - I found the time tracking system a little complex to use and understand but I do understand why its important....Read More
