This company is full of cheap politics and the higher authorities won't let you develop. They will have something in mind about us and tell us something else. For the first time in my life I experienced ragging at office and they call it professional ragging. They discriminate the freshers who joined mostly the vaccines team. Vaccines team is the worst team I have ever seen. In terms of work culture they give importance to casino than work. Finally not suitable for any kind of work. They will fire anyone those who question the wrong. I have experienced professional ragging, discrimination, Suffered from cheap politics. CHAI is not suitable for anyone better skip this company. Work culture, Work environment, Politics, Discrimination, Job Security. Teammates with whom I worked are literally the most narrow minded people and discriminants if they won't like. I was one among them.

The company doesn't have a clear promotion cycle, it doesn't provide growth avenues except analytical roles. Specialst roles are not valued enough. The org vision is not very clear in terms of implementation projects and strategic projects.
