Knowledge of healthcare.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture. Founders only good at yelling. Founders lead by creating fear. Employees always worried for termination. Very few customers and minimal revenue. Company surviving on investor's money. Founders are good at spending money for PR and hence you will see them on different magazines. But employees will never get salary on time....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
