Management is quite good,active and supportive.

Dislikes

Not much career growth opportunities, corporate incentive plan seems very unfair, worked more than a year no appraisal, didn't receive gratis even once as mentioned on the offer letter that will yearly receive a gratis of Rs.70000.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
